Torgeir Willumsen
Torgeir is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Assentiri.
He is a maritime lawyer with two decades of experience in private practice, having specialized in sale/purchase, lease and financing of vessels. Over the years he has been involved in hundreds of maritime asset transactions and knows where the pain points are. Torgeir also holds an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.

Anders Hegre
Anders is the Chief Growth Officer Assentiri. He brings hands-on leadership experience, including several years as Executive Director of the Norwegian Business Association Singapore (NBAS), where he worked closely with shipowners, brokers, financiers, and tech innovators across Southeast Asia. He holds a master’s degree in political science and his background spans both public and private sectors, always with a focus on building strong relationships and drive growth.

Henk Weidenfeld
Henk is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Assentiri, bringing extensive experience in developing software solutions for the banking and finance sector. Over the past decade, he has played a key role in building multiple technology companies.

Philip is the co-founder and Chairman of Assentiri. He is a serial entrepreneur who has been involved in the establishment of tech and finance companies in the Nordic region, Eastern Europe, East Africa and Asia.
