Assentiri and the Isle of Man Ship Registry have signed a Joint Letter of Intent to explore closer collaboration on digital solutions for maritime asset transactions.
The initiative aims to streamline key processes such as vessel registration, deletion and mortgage handling by combining the Isle of Man Ship Registry's expertise with Assentiri's escrow and digital closing platform.
The shared ambition is to create faster, more secure and more efficient transaction workflows, benefiting shipowners, brokers, lawyers and financial institutions across the maritime industry.
