Assentiri and Merchant Prospect Ltd to cooperate on aviation escrow
Assentiri and Merchant Prospect Ltd have joined forces to introduce Assentiri’s escrow and closing solutions to the aviation market.
Under the cooperation, Assentiri provides the escrow and closing service, while Merchant Prospect promotes its introduction through its advisory role and client relationships in the aviation sector.
Through their ongoing industry consultation, the parties have identified an unmet need for an independent European escrow solution in the second-hand market for aircraft and helicopters.
Dublin is the leading global hub for aircraft leasing and finance. Merchant Prospect, based there, combines transaction advisory experience with in-house aviation competence. This provides a foundation for introducing an escrow alternative at a time when many legal firms no longer wish to provide escrow services and most other providers are US-based.
